Sharon is a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience as a General
Psychologist, before completing her Clinical Masters degree and endorsement in 2020. Sharon is a Psychology
Board approved Supervisor and her prior experience in Human Resources and Recruitment continues as a
strong foundation in human behaviour and workplace matters.

Sharon appreciates the value of hope and helping others, through her own lived and work
experiences. Sharon is skilled in a broad range of approaches in a wide variety of settings and modalities and
has worked with people of all ages of the lifespan. Sharon’s work has included training, facilitation and
counselling of individuals/groups/couples, organizations and sectors (private, government, hospital, national
helplines).

Sharon is truly passionate with wide ranging interests, such as (not limited to!) anxiety, depression and stress
management, holistic health and mindfulness, gambling addition, work and life burnout, vicarious trauma and
compassion fatigue, grief and bereavement, post-traumatic growth and finding life direction. Sharon is skilled and trained in a wide range of evidence based therapeutic and strengths based approaches, tailored to the individual toward best outcomes for the person. Sharon recognizes the privilege of being entrusted in supporting people and working together, whether it’s toward living their most valued and fulfilled lives, or just focusing on the here and now with practical support through a life transition or challenging time for wellbeing.
