Gary is a registered psychologist of Malaysian-Indian origin and is dedicated to fostering authentic connections with his clients. He believes that true healing begins with cultivating a meaningful relationship with life. By employing a holistic and client-centred approach, he helps individuals tap into their inner wisdom and strengths to alleviate suffering. With experience in private and public health settings across Asia and Australia, Gary brings personal understanding and sensitivity to cultural and interpersonal issues, ensuring that clients feel truly seen and supported.
Gary is committed to delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a focus on
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-
Centred Therapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). His humanistic and
strengths-based style focuses on creating a safe space where clients can openly explore their
challenges with curiosity and compassion.
Outside of his professional life, Gary enjoys weightlifting, playing badminton, being surrounded
in nature, traveling, and exploring Eastern spiritual philosophy.
