How Often Should You Attend Therapy Sessions?
The frequency of your sessions depends on the issues you’re addressing and your therapist’s approach. As a guideline, most clients see their psychologist weekly for the first three sessions. Over time, this may transition to fortnightly or monthly appointments, eventually booking as needed for continued support.
Booking in advance is recommended to ensure continuity of care at your preferred times. Last-minute appointments may result in longer wait times.
