After many weeks of planning, the fit out is underway and yesterday, it was great to see the rooms and their layout as opposed to on a piece of paper! The high ceilings and large rooms will make for a wonderful space. Here are Lauren (our practice manager!) and I with Kate and Anna from Valmont who have helped to create our gorgeous interiors.
Lovely heritage windows facing on to Edward St and below what will be our seminar room space. At the moment all of the timber floorboards are covered up but we will be having a mixture of timber and sisal.
Next week we will have walls and doors and looking forward to seeing all the VJ wall detailing. Luckily we are on Level 1 of the Rowes Building so relatively less steps to lug up many many couches and armchairs….!
