This one is not a TED talk and initially the Oprah reference was a little offputting for me as I thought it would just be pop psychology but this was the first time I came across Vietnamese monk Thich Nhat Hanh. For me out of all the people I have heard speak, he most embodies mindfulness, kindness and presence. His words on relationships and relationship struggles are very real and inspiring.
